Convenient base for exploring Funchal. Big room, helpful staff, VERY GOOD location. There were supermarkets and shopping centre around the hotel.

We loved the beautiful view. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Walking distance to Le Bistrot Jacaranda, where you can have lunch. It was really good value:)))
